Propagation
Throws a long inflorescence that produces daughter plants along its length; separate each once it has three or four leaves and its own roots. Dividing the crown works but is slower on a plant this size.
Emersed growth and melting
Commercially grown out of water. Expect the emersed leaves to die back after planting while new submersed-form leaves grow from the crown. This is a conversion, not a disease.
